Brandon D. Gooding

Brandon D. Gooding, age 35, of Wilmington, DE went home to be with The Lord on August 4, 2017.

Brandon was a graduate of Brandywine High School.  He worked in many Doggie Daycares and as a vet tech in West Chester, PA.  Brandon also was a waiter for various local establishments.

Brandon was an enthusiastic Eagles Fan, as well as an appreciator of music in all its forms.  Pride came from his diligent work with the animals he loved.  Brandon and his American Bull Dog, Tully shared a special bond. 

Brandon’s joy could be seen in the company of his mother and sister, Brittany. Always loved and in his thoughts was his son, Caden.  Brandon drew loving support from his Aunt Diane.  He will be sadly missed.

Brandon was preceded in death by his infant son, Vincent Gooding; grandparents, Lawrence Gooding, Mary Gooding; uncles, Mark Zimmerman and Lawrence Gooding, Jr.  He is survived by is mother, Tanya Briggs (Bill); father, Dale Gooding (Kim); sister, Brittany Briggs; son, Caden Gooding Pastore; grandparents, Wayne and Ruth Zimmerman;  aunts, Diane Gooding (Richard), Linda Haak (George), Rainy Peden (Ray) and Valerie Assini (John).

A Viewing will be held Friday, August 11, 2017 from 10am – 12pm at Gebhart Funeral Home, 3401 Philadelphia Pike, Claymont, DE 19703, where a Funeral Service will begin at 12pm.  Burial will be in Chester Bethel Cemetery, Wilmington, DE.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Brandywine Valley SPCA Delaware – New Castle, 600 South Street, New Castle, DE 19720.
