Joanne V. Robbs

Joanne “Chickie” Robbs was born in Staten Island, NY to Joseph and Dorothy Wranovics on January 21, 1943.  She passed away on February 19, 2019 at St. Francis Hospital.

Joanne was a loving wife and mother.  She was married to her devoted husband of 49 years, John R. Robbs, who passed away on October 7, 2015.

She is survived by her children, Dorothy Urbanski, Marc and John J. Robbs, as well as her grandchildren, Robert, Deanne and Nicholas.  She will be missed by friends and family alike.

A visitation will be held at Gebhart Funeral Home, 3401 Philadelphia Pike, Claymont, DE 19703, on Saturday March 9, 2019 from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm, where a Memorial Service will begin at 12:00 pm.  Burial will be private.  In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to Veterans Charities.
