I have fond memories of working with Charlie and I had the opportunity this past August to visit with him at the luncheon for the recruit class of 1963. I will be forwarding a donation to the Delaware State Police Museum in memory of Charlie. Respectfully, Retired Lt.. James F. Jestice.

I got to know Charlie through my friendship with Mike Gallagher. We spent a lot of time at the Gallagher's, solving the problems of the world. I was sorry to hear of his illness. I always thought of him to be a great guy. I know he will be missed. Please accept my most sincere condolences.
