Patricia Ann Cox

Patricia Ann Cox, age 73, of Millsboro, DE, formerly of Claymont, DE died on May 13, 2018, peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family, after a courageous battle with cancer.

Patricia graduated from Notre Dame H.S. in PA.  She was a bookkeeper for Southland Corp. and Rollins Leasing Company of Wilmington, DE.  Patricia was also a lifelong caregiver, she devoted her life to her beloved family.  She enjoyed bowling at St. Rose of Lima, country line dancing, the beach, strolling on the boardwalk and amusement parks.  Patricia thoroughly enjoyed celebrating the holidays with her family.

Patricia is survived by her husband, James Cox; brothers, John Krok (Ellen), Anthony Krok, Thomas Krok; sons, John Scurti (Cindy), Jeffery Scurti (Jodi), Joseph Scurti (Kim), Joel Scurti (Beth); grandchildren, Nicole Papili (Nicholas), Joel Scurti (Sarah), Miranda Scurti (Bart), Rachel Scurti, Samantha Scurti; great grandchildren, Jaxson and Madison Papili and Braxton Scurti.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 19, 2018 at 2pm at Gebhart Funeral Home, 3401 Philadelphia Pike, Claymont, DE 19703, where friends and family may visit from 12pm to 2pm. Patricia will be buried privately at a later date.
