Steve is survived by his beloved wife of 48 years, Elaine Williamson Raign; daughter, Jennifer R. Fleming and her husband, Donald of Newark, Delaware; his son, Stephen “Michael” Raign and his wife, Jamie of Landenberg, PA; and his much-loved grandchildren, Madeline O. Fleming, Brendan P.
