Thomas A. Rodgers, Jr.

Thomas A. Rodgers Jr., of New Castle, DE passed away at home on Saturday, October 13, 2018, at the age of 66.

A graduate of St. Peter’s High School in New Castle, and worker in the construction industry for 48 years, Thomas was an avid hunter and fisherman who loved the outdoors.

Thomas is survived by his wife, Robin Rodgers (nee Annone); children, Bernie Rodgers (Kim), Jennifer Rodgers (Tom), Thomas Rodgers III (Kendra); grandchildren Ashley, Kayla, Alexis, Ryan, McKenzie, Macie, Cameron, Dalton; 2 great-grandchildren; sisters, Marie Jackson, Deborah Durnan; and several nieces and nephews.  Thomas was preceded in death by his parents, Louise M. and Thomas A. Rodgers, Sr.; and sister, Mary Louise Thompson.

A Viewing  will be held Saturday, October 20, 2018 from 11am to 12pm, at Gebhart Funeral Home, 531 Delaware St., New Castle, DE 19720, where a Funeral Service will begin at 12pm.  Burial will be private.
