Alton B. Jenkins, Jr. Obituary
Alton B. Jenkins, Jr, age 88, of Claymont Delaware, passed away on Friday, December 27, 2019.
Al graduated from Chester High School. He proudly served our Country in the United States Navy for 27 years. Mr. Jenkins then became a instrument technician with DuPont before retiring. He loved to bowl and golf and was a member of the Moose Lodge # 847.
Al is survived by his children, Michael, Dennis, Mark, Daniel, Alan and Karen Jenkins; his 8 grandchildren; and 6 great grandchildren.
Viewing will be held at the Gebhart Funeral Home, 3401 Philadelphia Pike, Claymont, DE 19703 on Thursday, January 9, 2020 from 10:30 a.m. until 11:30 am., where a Funeral Service will begin at 11:30 am. Burial will follow in the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Bear, DE.
