It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Beili Ye of Wilmington DE, formerly of Rootstown, OH, St. Louis, MO, and Xiamen, China. Beili passed away peacefully and loved on Tuesday, March 25, surrounded by her husband and son at Christiana Hospital Center, Newark DE. She was 49.
Beili was born in 1975 in Fujian, China, where she completed her high school education. She previously worked various odd jobs but most importantly was a wonderful stay-at-home mom. She loved singing, coloring books, and always said she wanted to study fashion if given the chance. However, nothing made her happier than being surrounded by loved ones and enjoying their company. She left behind many fond memories and will be greatly missed by all.
She is survived by her husband, Debin Lei, and son, Ming Lei. Beili and Debin met in 1995 and married in 1999 in Xiamen, China. With her family, she loved to go on cruises, travel, and spend quality time in general. She is also survived by her mother, Halong Lin, who currently resides in Xiamen, China. In addition, she leaves behind a very clever and precious cat, Beibei.
