Elaine Schemm

Elaine Schemm, age 77, of Claymont, DE passed away January 1, 2022 in Regency Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, Wilmington, DE.

Elaine was born in Philadelphia, PA to the late, William and Helen (McKinney) Weser and attended Little Flower High School.  She was a software engineer consultant for large companies. 

Elaine is survived by her son, Steven Budzilowski, of Claymont, DE; her grandson, Matthew Blichasz; four older sisters, Barbara Kennedy (Patrick), of Philadelphia, PA, Helen Segal, of West Palm Beach, FL, Shirley Gerhardt, of Bensalem, PA, Irene Lay, of Philadelphia, PA; and many extended family members. 

Friends may visit with the family Tuesday, January 11, 2022 from 1pm to 2pm at Gebhart Funeral Home, 3401 Philadelphia Pike, Claymont, DE 19703, where a Memorial Service will begin at 2pm.  Burial will be private.
