Fred William Maslovich, age 79, of North Fort Myers, Florida, formerly of Wilmington, Delaware died suddenly on April 17, 2021.
Mr. Maslovich was born in Atlantic City, NJ to the late Edward and Reba (Kuntzman) Maslovich.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Patricia (Kitchen) Maslovich in 2015.
Mr. Maslovich had worked for Allied Signal as a Lab Technician, retiring after 27 years of dedicated service.
He graduated from Mount Pleasant High School in Wilmington Delaware and attended the Pennsylvania Military College. He served in the US Army for 3 years as a Specialist 5.
Mr. Maslovich was an avid golfer, enjoyed fishing and celebrating in his family’s accomplishments. He was the Activities Coordinator for Old Bridge Village, where he was known to “pace the stage when making his announcements”.
He is survived by his devoted stepdaughters, Cathy (Tom) DiCristofaro of Claymont, Delaware and Susan Schmidt of Harleysville, Pennsylvania; his very special friend, Lucille Orlando of North Fort Myers, Florida; sisters, Gail (Bill) Lane and Diane Sawczuk, both of Delray Beach, Florida; brother, Steve Maslovich of Milton, Delaware; grandchildren, Jennifer, Anthony (Shannon), Maria, Victoria, Kyle; great granddaughter, Aviana; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Larry Maslovich and his brother in law, John Sawczuk.
Services will be privately held.
