George R. Tokash, Jr., (68 years old) of Claymont, Delaware passed away suddenly on December 7, 2025 at Wilmington Hospital.

George was born in Chesapeake City, MD to the late George R. Tokash, Sr. and Veronica Arkatin. George graduated from Salesianum High School in 1975. George was a mechanic and had a love for vehicles at Ayers Repair for many years and later moved to First State Repairs in the City of Wilmington where he later retired. George had a love for dogs, hunting and was also a very involved member in the Claymont Moose Lodge where spent most of his retired days helping out.

George was preceded in death by his wife, of 33 years Anne Tokash.

George will be dearly missed by his sons George Tokash III and Eric Tokash (Wife; Sarah). He is also survived by his siblings; Margaret Blanchfield, Francis Tokash (Wife; Sherry), Thomas Tokash, (Wife; Sue), Andrew Tokash (Wife; Kathey), John Tokash (Wife; Brittainey), his adored Granddaughter Sophia and many nieces and nephews.

A viewing will be held at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 3200 Philadelphia Pike, Claymont, DE 19703, on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, from 10:00am until 11:00am, where a Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11:00am.  Burial will follow at Lawn Croft Cemetery, 1000 West Ridge Road, Linwood, PA.
