Louise Doherty, age 65, of Claymont, DE, passed peacefully in her sleep on October 26th, 2025, after years of battling cancer and kidney disease.

 She enjoyed watching her shows with her husband, laughing with her children and grandchildren, and taking naps with her ‘shadow’, a pug named Nacho. Louise was fiercely loyal to her family and was a very caring and selfless woman. Her strength was an inspiration to her husband and family.

Louise was preceded in death by her eldest son David, and four siblings, Bobby, Louis, Ronnie, Melissa.

Louise is survived by her loving husband, Robert, of 27 years; her children, Joan (DJ), Louis, Lloyd, and Angel (Chris); her grandchildren Becca, David, Gabriel, Madison, Ellanore, and was excited to be meeting her sixth grandchild in May; many cousins, nieces and nephews including Marina.

Her memory will live on in the hearts of everyone who knew her - through every laugh had, every piece of advice shared, we were all lucky to have the gift of her presence in our lives.
