Martha Anna Greene Obituary

Martha Anna Greene, age 80, of Wilmington, Delaware passed away Wednesday, September 9, 2020.

Anna was born July 17, 1940 in Hendersonville, North Carolina to the late Zeno and Julia (Jones) Greene.

After attending Mars Hill College in North Carolina, Anna worked as a professional pianist in New York, NY. In 1970, she moved to Arden where she lived happily until moving to the Lorelton in Wilmington, DE last year for health reasons.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her daughter, Gina Naff and sister, Betty Jo Greene. She is survived by her daughter, Joanna Maggs and her husband Kevin of West Chester, PA; her granddaughter, Jennifer Maggs of Coatesville, PA; and friends that became family, Sharon, Wayne and Will Hull.

A graveside service will be held at 11 am, Wednesday, November 11, 2020 at the Arden Memorial Garden, 1874 Harvey Road, Wilmington, Delaware, where she will be buried next to her beloved daughter, Gina.
