Mary T. McAndrew, age 87, of Wilmington, DE, formerly of Carbondale, PA, died on Monday, August 14, 2023 in Accent Care Hospice, Christiana Hospital, Newark, DE.

Mary was a graduate of St. Rose High School.  She married Francis X. McAndrew in 1960.  Mary was a homemaker and was an active member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church until the year 2000.

Mary was predeceased by her husband of 39 years, Francis X. McAndrew, her parents, Edward and Beatrice Monahan, her sister, Beatrice Plonski, and her brother, Edward Monahan, Jr.  She is survived by her daughters, Mary Ellen Brock (Bill) of Bear, DE, Judith Bennett (Rob) of Thorndale, PA; her sons, Thomas McAndrew (Cathy) of Broomall, PA, Francis McAndrew (Nicki) of Wilmington, DE; her grandchildren, Matt, Jimmy, Theresa, Katie, Casey, Jill, Logan, Emma; her great grandchildren, Riley, Bailey, and Emmett.

A viewing will be held on Tuesday, August 22, 2023 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 3200 Philadelphia Pike, Claymont, DE 19703 from 10:00am until 11:00am, where a Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11:00am.  Burial will follow in Cathedral Cemetery, 2400 Lancaster Ave, Wilmington, DE 19805.
