Victor T. Lockhart, age 79, of Claymont, Delaware, formerly of Iaeger, West Virginia passed away Friday, August 12, 2022 in Wilmington Hospital.

Victor graduated from Iaeger High School. He retired from 7up and Winterthur Museum after serving in the Army National Guard. He loved bowling, playing guitar, was an avid Philadelphia sports fan and loved to tend his garden.

Victor was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Lockhart and Lou (Collins) Lockhart; sister, Janice (Lockhart) Auville; and brother, Clayton Lockhart. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Regina Godshalk Lockhart of Claymont, DE; daughter, Vicki Baker of Claymont, DE; son, Todd Lockhart (Paula) of Bear, DE; grandchildren, Colin Baker of Swarthmore, PA, Preston Lockhart of Bear, DE; sisters, Phyllis (Lockhart) Baker of New Castle, DE, Chlela (Lockhart) Stacey; brother, Johnny Lockhart of Mohawk, WV; and many nephew, nieces, cousins and friends.

The Viewing will be held Monday, August 22, 2022 from10am-11am followed by a Funeral Service at 11am at Gebhart Funeral Home, 3401 Philadelphia Pike, Claymont, DE 19703. Burial will be in Gracelawn Memorial Park, New Castle, DE.
