Wanda Ferrigno

Wanda Ferrigno, age 69, of Claymont, DE died Saturday, November 11, 2023.

Born in New York and raised in Pennsylvania, Wanda later lived in Delaware with her husband, William.  Wanda was a claims clerk for 35 years and in those years, making life long friends.  Wanda enjoyed vacationing in Ocean City, Maryland and travelling with her friends on road trips to Maine and the Pennsylvania Appalachians Mountains to watch the foliage change.  Wanda loved to read and was a collector of cookbooks.  She loved to share recipes from soups to desserts.

Wanda is survived by her husband of 48 years, William C; her daughter, Francesca and her children, Brittany Zizza (David) and Jon Englebrake and great granddaughter, Danica; her son, Paul Ferrigno (Michelle) and his daughters, Brianna, Gabriella and Destiny, and great grandchildren, Raelynn, Isabella, Isla, Liam and Scarlette; her sisters, Katrina “Stella” (Steve), Sheila and Sharon (Tim); her brothers, James (Diane) and Anthony (Celinda); 3 nieces and 8 nephews.

A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
