Jason Michal Lockwood

Jason Michal Lockwood, age 30, of Claymont, DE passed away on Friday, May 4, 2018.

He graduated from Delcastle Technical High School in 2006 after completing his welding training. Jason worked as the lead crane director and as a welder for Liberty Coating Co. LLC. In Morrisville, PA. He was a member of Laborers’ Union 57. He was also a member of Narcotics Anonymous.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Gordon and Doris Harne.

Jason is survived by his wife, Meagan Lockwood, of Wilmington and their children, Leila and Jason; his mother, Debra Lockwood, of Claymont and his father, Donald Lockwood, of New Castle;his sister, Kelly Lesniczak, and her husband, Jason, of Townsend and their children, Breanna and Cameron. He is also survived by numerous loving aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends.

Friends and family are invited to pay their respects on Saturday, May 12, 2018,at 10 a.m. at the Church of Atonement, 3519 Philadelphia Pike, Claymont, DE 19703. A Memorial Service will be held at at 11 a.m. The burial service will be private.

In lieu of flowers, you may make a donation in his name to a Memorial Fund for his children. Donations can be made payable to Jason Lockwood at any PNC Branch or by mail to PNC, 460 West Main Street, Middletown, DE 19709, with “In memory of” on the memo line.
