Deanna F. Curry

Deanna F Curry, age 84, of Garnet Valley, PA and Wilmington, DE passed away on January 22, 2023 at Foulk Living Nursing Home, Wilmington, DE.

Deanna was a beautiful, sweet woman of strong faith, who loved her Lord and her family with all her heart. She was a member of the Chichester United Wesleyan Church in Upper Chichester, PA. In her earlier years, Deanna was a dental assistant and later, a babysitter for so many children in her home.

She is survived by her husband, Richard L Curry, Sr.; daughter, Denise Curry of Wilmington, DE, son, Richard Curry, Jr. of Marcus Hook, PA, daughter, Krysten Jabkowski of Mesa, Arizona; brother, Walter Baer of Spencer, NY; and 7 grandchildren.

A Viewing for Deanna will be held Monday, January 30, 2023 from 10am to 11am at Gebhart Funeral Home, 3401 Philadelphia Pike, Claymont, Delaware 19703, where a Funeral Service will begin at 11am.  Following there will be Graveside Service that is open to all at Siloam United Methodist Church Cemetery, 3720 Foulk Road, Garnet Valley, PA 19060. All are then welcome to attend a Luncheon in honor of Deanna to be held at the Chichester United Wesleyan Church, 5151 Chichester Ave, Upper Chichester, PA 19014.

ln lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Chichester United Wesleyan Church.
