James J Corbett

James J. Corbett, age 59, of Claymont, DE, passed away January 1, 2019.

Jimmy graduated from Mt. Pleasant High School.  He worked for Bachetti’s and Red Snapper and was a caregiver to his mother.

Jimmy was predeceased by his loving parents, Jean and Bill Corbett.  He is survived by his sister, Margaret Bradley; brother-in-law, Bob Bradley; cousins, Jennifer and Donna in TX, Maria in PA; uncle, Elgar in Australia; cousins, Susan and Marylyn in FL.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Wilmington Hospital and to their many dear friends for their care and support.

A Memorial Service will be held Friday, January 11, 2019 at 11am at Gebhart Funeral Home, 3401 Philadelphia Pike, Claymont, DE 19703, where friends may visit with the family from 10am to 11am.  Burial will be in Lawn Croft Cemetery, Linwood, PA.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Sunday Breakfast Mission, 110 N. Poplar Street, Wilmington, DE 19801.
