Joan A. Harvey, age 92, passed away on Thursday, June 19, 2025 with her family by her side. A viewing will take place on Sunday, June 29, 2025 from 10-11:00 am at Gebhart Funeral Home, 3401 Philadelphia Pike, Claymont, DE 19703. A celebration of her life will follow at 11:00 am. Interment will be private at a later date at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Aston, PA.
