Kenneth N. "Inky" Atkinson

Kenneth N. “Inky” Atkinson, age 54, of New Castle, DE passed away September 1, 2018.

Kenneth was the son of the late Kenneth N. Atkinson, Sr. and Shirley (Betts) Atkinson.  He worked for Roger Rullo Brick Pointing for over 30 years.  He lived a simple life and will be remembered for his smile.  Inky enjoyed fishing, crabbing and watching horseracing. He loved all his nieces and nephews.

Inky is survived by his sisters, Debra Miller (Randy), Joann McVey (Wayne) and brother, Robert Atkinson.

A viewing will be held Tuesday, September 11, 2018 from 10am to 11am at Gebhart Funeral Home, 531 Delaware Street, New Castle, DE 19720, where a Funeral Service will begin at 11am.  Burial will follow at 1:30pm in Barratt’s Chapel, 6486 Bay Road, Frederica, DE 19946.
