Marcellus E. Procter Obituary

Marcellus E. Procter, age 81, of Wilmington, DE passed away Wednesday, October 9, 2019. He was known as “Ed the Barber” in Claymont for 50 years, “Mayor of Claymont’ and “The Fisherman”. Mr. Procter proudly served in the US Navy for 12 years. He is survived by his wife, Megan Procter. Burial at Sea will be Private.
