Raymond Eric Horton, Sr.

Raymond Eric Horton Sr., passed away peacefully on August 3, 2026, after a short illness, surrounded by the love of his family.

He shared 67 wonderful years of marriage with his beloved wife, Ann Weaver Horton. Together they built a life centered on love, family, and cherished memories.

Raymond was the devoted father of Charlotte Gonsecki (Jim), Michael Horton (Jennifer), Wendy Tanner (Bill), Brenda McLuskie (Bill), and Raymond Horton. He was also the proud grandfather of nine grandchildren and great-grandfather of ten, all of whom brought him tremendous joy.

He dedicated more than 30 years to Bell Telephone and enjoyed traveling, fishing, and spending summers in Cape May, New Jersey.

Raymond will be remembered for his kindness, gentle spirit, and unwavering devotion to his family. His legacy of love and integrity will live on through all who knew and loved him.

The family extends heartfelt thanks to the caregivers at Sunrise Senior Living, Accent Care Hospice & Activities of Living, for their compassionate care and support.

A private, family service will be held at a later date.
