William N. Moffatt

William Napier Moffatt, age 79, of Claymont, DE died September 16, 2021.

Bill was a devoted educator and teacher, he taught Industrial Arts at the Davidson School for Learning in Media, PA and Special Education at Woodbridge High School in Bridgeville, DE.  A graduate of Cheyney University and an Army Veteran, Bill dedicated his life to working with challenged youth.  He was a Deacon for the First Baptist Church of Ridley Park and is known to all as a kind and helpful man who will be missed.

Bill is survived by his son, brother, a niece and three nephews.

A Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 2, 2021 at the Gebhart Funeral Home, 3401 Philadelphia Pike, Claymont, DE 19703 from 1:00pm until 2:00pm where a Memorial Service will begin at 2:00pm.  Burial will be private.
