William Phillip Kelley

William Phillip Kelley, age 57, of New Castle, DE died on June 8, 2021.

  William was a graduate of Glasgow High School Class of 1982.  He loved gardening.  He was a proud lifetime NRA member, an award winning home brewer, a NASCAR fan, and an avid fisherman.

William is survived by his mother, Mary; his brother, John Kelley; a sister, Diana Chaplin;  nieces and nephews, Kaleb, Adriana, Katelyn, and George Wyatt.   He is predeceased by his father, Phillip, his grandfather, William Beale, grandmother, Mary E. Beale;  uncle, William J. Beale; and a sister, Geraldine Ann Kelley.

Services and burial will be private.
