Richard M. Santobianco

Richard M. Santobianco, age 60, of Claymont, DE, passed away Sunday, November 15, 2009 in Wilmington Hospital.

Born in Chester, PA, he was the son of the late Fred and Jean Tenuto Santobianco.

He was a Delaware State Trooper, retiring in 1984.
Mr. Santobianco served in the U.S. Army National Guard.

He was member of Hall Burke VFW Post 5447 and the Claymont Moose Lodge. Rick enjoyed woodworking, carpentry and was an avid golfer.

He is survived by his dear friend, Marie Fugate of Wilmington, DE; brothers, David Santobianco of Wilmington, DE; Michael Santobianco of Claymont, DE; Mark Santobianco and his wife, Robin of Wilmington, DE; and sister, Judi Santobianco of Claymont, DE.

All are invited to visit with his family and friends on Saturday, November 21, 2009 from 10 am - 1 pm at the Gebhart Funeral Home, 3401 Philadelphia Pike, Claymont, DE 19703, where the funeral service will begin at 1 pm. Interment will be held privately.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, 100 W. 10th Street, Suite 209, Wilmington, DE 19801.
