David Taylor

David Allen Taylor, 53 of Newark, passed away suddenly on Monday, October 12, 2009. He was the husband of Shirley Taylor with whom he shared over 10 years of marriage.

Born in Wilmington, he was the son of the late Dorothy Steele Taylor and the late Benjamin Taylor, who passed away on October 10, 2009. He was the owner and operator of D&B Window Cleaning Service.

In addition to his wife, David is survived by his children, Bradley Taylor and Angela Taylor; step children Barry Bressler, William Bressler, Valeria Pelly and Brenda Healey; siblings, Richard Taylor, Patsy Shipley and Cheryl Taylor; step grandchildren, Stephen Healey, Alisha Hewitt, Barry Bressler. Jr. and Wyatt Bressler; step great granddaughter, Arianna Hewitt.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, October 19, 2009 at Gebhart Funeral Home, 531 Delaware St., Olde New Castle, where the family will receive guests starting at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be at Gracelawn Memorial Park, 2220 N. DuPont Hwy., New Castle. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Delaware SPCA, 455 Stanton-Christiana Rd., Newark , DE 19713.
